Property and Cancellation Policies

Dear Guests,


Our Cancellation Policy is simple, We Never charge our Guests Credit Card prior to the Check IN date


In all cases we kindly request that Guest's advise us of any changes in travel plans in advance of the Check In Date and we will adjust for you.  The ONLY case we might charge a credit card used to guarantee a booking is you a Guest fails to advise us you can't arrive on the reserved date (No Show). 


Please kindly advise us if your plans change and we'll be happy to sell the room to somebody else and adjust your booking as you wish :-)


We are here to serve you and we only want payment after we have served you :-)
