Rooftop Skypool

Our Skypool is located on the 8th (top) floor of Pacific Club and based on reviews is our most popular amenity. It features a Mini Olympic size SkyPool (30 meters length) with six alcoves for relaxing 3 of which have in water tables. It also features a waterfall and 360 degree mountain ocean views. The deck has enough lounge areas and chairs so you basically never have to wait for a spot since we only have 33 rooms.

Tours & Excursions

We also offer tour bookings through our reception/concierge desk. We try to vet the thousands of tours by quality rather than price so you don’t accidentally waste a day of your time by getting the wrong tour. We depend on Guest feedback to make sure our tours are the best, please take moment to tell us after your experience.

Premium TV connectivity

We have installed Android Smart TVs in all rooms, so you have YouTube, and Web Surfing. Note: Live TV, News, and Sports are provided by our house IPTV server. CNN, Sports Entertainment and Knowledge like Discovery or National Geographic are provided, plus movies and series on demand. And hundreds of apps are available. We also provide convenient plugs, HDMI and USB so you can view your own content easily on our TVs. we are proud to provide one of the most up-to-date in-room entertainment

Free Wi-Fi connectivity

For those who don’t care to be tech savvy suffice to say that we have the best. Our new Ubiquiti network provides the best Wi-Fi of any resort in the world. For those for whom connectivity is a critical issue. Please read on.

We offer full in-room Wi-Fi backed up by 2 fiber optic 1 Gbps links plus 1 5G mobile data backup in case land infrastructure fails. All guests receive equal service. Our service is suitable for full-time VPN, Development, Remote Work with Minimum Latency. Full-time performance and Video Streaming with compatible devices which conform to modern compression standards, all free of charge.

Transportation Services

The days of transportation issues in Phuket are coming to an end. Phuket is now served by Phuket Smartbus . We offer newer model motorbikes for rent onsite (no passport deposit necessary). Or if you like to be super mobile you can check with Hertz Thailand to get reasonable rates and top quality rental cars. We’re also pleased to offer our guests taxi service, including airport transfers in private taxi or MiniVan at the best prices available in Phuket. Transport between the airport and Pacific Club generally takes 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Guests are encouraged to confirm transport rates and reserve airport pickup service at the time of room reservation. For all subsequent transport, we recommend confirming rates and reserving with at least one day prior notice to ensure accommodation.
